Additional vehicle stickers - $25 each
There is a $10.00 charge per sticker for replacement RFID stickers.

Guest & Delivery Access
Guests can use the call box to select a homeowner, or enter the homeowner's personal gate code. The homeowner will receive a call from the phone number below, and will need to press 9 to open the gate.

To establish a water/sewer account, have water turned on, or to terminate service, please contact the Effingham Finance Department at 912-754-8012.
Trash and recycle pickup is performed by Atlantic Waste Company. Trash collection is every Friday and recycling collection is every other Friday.
New homes without sanitation service will need to set up services through Effingham County.
