ARC Requests

Please allow up to 30 days for the committee to review your request. Also, please note that some requests will require county permits.


Please review the covenants and bylaws for more information, or feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

All requests must be submitted through your Sentry Homeowners Portal. There is a link at the bottom of the homepage.


All construction or deconstruction requires written ARC approval in advance of work starting. 


All structures require ARC approval, but any structure less than 200 sq ft does not require a county permit.


All fences require ARC approval, but any fence under 7’ does not need a county building permit. Fences must be constructed with brick, stucco, on masonry, finished metal, or vinyl.


All plans must be approved by ARC prior to starting any construction or installation. Above ground pools will be required to be screened from view of the street with approved fencing.


Yes, solar panels require ARC approval, and may only be placed on the rear roof of the home, and cannot be visible from the street.
