To protect the natural tree canopy in the community, the covenants do not permit tree clearing. This is a design guideline policy that allows homeowners to request removal of trees as long as the proper ARC Request Form is filled out and pictures of the tree(s) requested for removal are provided. Once the request form and pictures are received, the association will review, and may require review by an independent certified arborist.
Pruning of tree limbs & branches does not require a request form.
