To protect the natural tree canopy in the community, the covenants do not permit tree clearing. This is a design guideline policy that allows homeowners to request removal of trees as long as the proper ARC Request Form is filled out and pictures of the tree(s) requested for removal are provided. Once the request form and pictures are received, the association will dispatch its arborist to visit your property and draft an opinion letter to the Board regarding the tree’s removal(s).
Pruning of tree limbs & branches does not require a request form.

Additionally, you will need to submit a $50 check payable to Covered Bridge HOA. You can mail or drop off your check to Sentry at 101 W. Mulberry Blvd, Suite 225 Savannah, GA 31407. The $50 charge covers the cost of the arborist’s time and opinion letter to the Board, which is billed to the association.
