The HOA dues are $1224 annually and cover the cost of maintaining common areas and amenities in the community.

Email a completed copy of the Clubhouse Rental Form to savannah@sentrymgt.com. You will receive a response notifying you if your requested date is confirmed or unavailable.
The form can be found on this website on the Clubhouse Rental tab under the Homeowners menu, or you can request a copy from savannah@sentrymgt.com.
